An index of posts has been added to the left sidebar of the blog so that readers can see where a post fits in the overall scheme and find old posts more easily.
Unfortunately the software I am using for this blog includes the entire text of a post instead of just the title or an excerpt when sending subscribers notice of a post. This has already made for some rather long emails. Some future items will be even longer. To keep subscribers’ emails within a reasonable length, I will probably put the substance of that item into a page linked by the post giving you notice of the item, like the link to the Index in this post.
