The tall ships are in Chicago. This one passed as we were waiting for our own cruise ship to leave its dock. We enjoyed getting out on Lake Michigan to escape the heat and humidity of the city. And the rain held off until we returned to the Navy Pier.
On the way back to the hotel we discovered a wonderful food experience, Eataly, a combination of shops and restaurants with mostly Italian food, as the name suggests. We bought some and brought it back to the hotel to eat for supper.
